"A mutated relative of the Bully fish. Braver and more aggressive, it lives exclusively on the bottom. Thanks to its body's sticky coating, it spends its entire life accumulating a protective crust of sand, shells, small stones, and salt deposits. This natural armor allows Stonegnawer to attack larger and more dangerous creatures. It thinks nothing of ramming a boat, plunging headfirst into motor blades, or smashing itself against a turtle's shell. Its disproportionately long tusks allow Stonegnawer to crack crustacean carapaces and crush shells. Anglers use these tusks in everyday life and crafting."
