Boat Refueling and Fuel Stations
The boat consumes fuel.
If it runs out, the boat cannot move.
If you run out of fuel, you will be towed to the nearest dock.
Refuel at fuel stations on piers or by using fuel canisters floating in the water.
Plan your route ahead of time.
At the fuel station, press [F] to pick up the fuel nozzle.
Approach the tank opening, then press and hold [LMB] to start refueling.
Wait for the tank to fill completely.
The amount of fuel available at the station depends on how generously you fed the larva.
Starting Generators and the Throat Pier Note
At Throat Pier, a note from Keeper Lilo advises: “Always begin by servicing and starting the generator!”
The note explains it will supply power to all mechanisms, pumps, and locked doors.
The generator requires fuel to operate.
Find a fuel can to refill it.
Approach the fuel tank cap with the can in your hands, then press and hold [LMB] to refuel.
A refueled generator needs to be started.
Approach the generator and press [F].
During the mini-game, hold [LMB] and drag it fully in the required direction within the time limit.
After several successful attempts, the generator will start.
